I am giving 2 stars due to the cleanliness and use of sanitary tools. This place is pricier than what I am accustomed to. My manicure is subpar, with polish still lingering around my fingers. The pedicure was enjoyable until they refused to remove the toe separators, despite my obvious pregnancy. They were insistent on spa services unsuitable during pregnancy, even after my polite declines and explanations. I understand sales tactics, but their persistence was a tad irritating. Despite giving a generous tip, I received no offer for a massage, no thank you, and no goodbye from any of the 15 workers or the front desk staff as I left twice. When I returned for my forgotten keys, I was completely ignored as they were more focused on closing up. This lack of appreciation was the final straw. I expect basic courtesy and good customer service, especially for the amount of money I spent.
