I’ve been seeing Ember for well over a decade now. - I have scoliosis and with it extremely tight muscular tissue. As well I hold a lot of stress/tension in my upper traps and neck, which causes me headaches. Without fail Ember is always able to relieve my tightness and tension. I would rate this place a solid 0 out of 10. I scheduled a nail appointment, received a confirmation, but upon arrival, the door was closed and my calls went unanswered. Absolutely abysmal service! They have missed out on gaining a loyal customer in me. I spent my valuable time waiting for nothing, and to top it off, they didn't bother to follow up or offer an apology.
