Let's discuss rudeness, shall we?! My goodness, the only ray of sunshine in this establishment was the blonde receptionist! I felt sorry for her when she was reprimanded for being too friendly to customers because apparently, they're not worth it. Can you believe the way I was treated here? The hairstylist only talked about herself, bragged incessantly, and then had the audacity to complain about me without cause. This place seriously needs a crash course in customer service. SMH
I absolutely adored my visit! Went with my grandmother and cousin, they were incredibly kind, the students who worked on my nails were truly talented, engaging in conversation and enhancing the overall experience. My nails turned out fantastic. Witnessed some students working on hair mannequins, and they all displayed exceptional skill and passion for their craft.
I've been a loyal patron of this establishment for years, and I must say, everyone here is absolutely fantastic.
