Anna is hands down the best nail technician. The establishment doesn't appreciate loyal customers with appointments. Simply put, if your time is valuable, don't depend on your scheduled time. They prioritize walk-ins over appointments. I waited 35 minutes past my appointment time. My granddaughter also had an appointment with another technician, Jamie/Janie. When my granddaughter's technician finished with her client and came to the front, she chose a walk-in who had just arrived over my granddaughter's appointment. Then they took in one more walk-in. Finally, a technician came and attended to my granddaughter (whom the owner had reassigned to a different technician from the original appointment). I'm not familiar with this technician's name, but she wasn't skilled. She overfiled the cuticle until it was raw at the top of her nail, excessively filed, and then Anna stepped in and saved the day by completing my granddaughter's nails.
I used to frequent this place a few years ago and always left with fantastic nails. However, this time was a letdown. Apologies to the male technicians, but they lack attention to detail. My nails ended up being overly thick and oddly shaped on a few. I used to receive exceptional service, but not this time. I'll give them a couple more opportunities, and if it doesn't improve, I'll switch salons. I hate to nitpick, but I'm on a fixed budget and unfortunately have very fragile nails. Additionally, I go out of my way to visit this salon. Edit - my last visit was fantastic, extremely pleased with my nails! Anna was amazing, and I'll exclusively visit her from now on. Thank you!
First visit here. Definitely won't be returning! Opted for a basic Mani & Pedi. They used regular polish instead of gel. As soon as I got to my vehicle, I noticed the problem. It seems like they used old polish, the application was messy, and there are visible smudges. I'm extremely let down and won't be revisiting. The photos were taken 2 days later!
