Let's discuss rudeness, shall we?! My goodness, the only ray of sunshine in this establishment was the blonde receptionist! I felt sorry for her when she was reprimanded for being too friendly to customers because apparently, they're not worth it. Can you believe the way I was treated here? The hairstylist only talked about herself, bragged incessantly, and then had the audacity to complain about me without cause. This place seriously needs a crash course in customer service. I would rate this place a solid 0 out of 10. I scheduled a nail appointment, received a confirmation, but upon arrival, the door was closed and my calls went unanswered. Absolutely abysmal service! They have missed out on gaining a loyal customer in me. I spent my valuable time waiting for nothing, and to top it off, they didn't bother to follow up or offer an apology.
