There were certainly some positives, such as the affordability, quick service, accommodating last-minute appointments, and extended operating hours compared to other nearby salons. The individual who attended to my nails was pleasant, and the salon provided a clean and serene atmosphere. However, I am hesitant to return. My gel manicure appears uneven, and a nail chipped within just two days of the service. I was concerned about the use of an electric file, especially since I did not have gel polish on my nails that needed removal.
I am extremely pleased with the services offered at this nail salon. The staff is highly professional, the establishment is pristine, and the technicians are skilled with a wide array of design options. Kiki, in particular, is exceptional - she consistently delivers outstanding service to every client, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Whatever design I request, she executes flawlessly. And when I entrust her to choose a design, I am always delighted. Update: August 23. I am embarking on a vacation to Italy, where I will be staying at a lemon farm. I asked Kiki to create lemon-themed nails, and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! The hand-painted design is exquisite!! Her talent in design is truly remarkable, and the quality of the powder gel nails is consistently top-notch. Simply the best. Additionally, the Christmas-themed nails were beautifully done!
Despite my efforts to avoid writing negative feedback, I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I wish I could recall the name of the mature gentleman who assisted me. It appeared he was having a challenging day at work. When I requested the removal of my powder gel, he filed my nails excessively, resulting in visible lines on my natural nails. Subsequently, one of my fingers felt a burning sensation as he worked too closely, leading to difficulty in nail growth. My nails have become notably thin with visible dents that will require time to repair. I had to caution the individual twice against trimming my cuticles too aggressively. It seemed he was rushed and did not allow me any respite. Regrettably, my pedicure and manicure experience was not enjoyable.
