I used to adore this place and have been a loyal customer for at least 6 months until today when I walked in and was immediately asked if I had made an appointment. It's disheartening to be greeted with "did you make an appointment." I've never made one before and always come on Sundays around 11 am. I was informed they had no availability anytime soon, maybe later.
I opted to visit this salon for the first time after neglecting my nails for months! My visit was on Friday, 6/9/23, and Danny did my nails. I chose a gel manicure as a new mom wanting long-lasting polish, along with a pedicure. Danny was fantastic in assisting me with color selection (I'm quite indecisive). The establishment was clean, the staff was friendly, and my overall experience was excellent.
