Fancy Nails

I visited as a walk-in today, early afternoon - the individual accommodated me and did an excellent job on my gel pedicure! I prefer my toenails trimmed short and he executed it perfectly! I will certainly be back!!

I was welcomed and she instructed me to sanitize my hands while she sanitized hers. I arrived promptly for my 10:15 a.m. appointment on November 18th, Thursday. I asked for the removal of my current set to have a fresh set of gel nails applied. She started removing my nails by cutting the ends and on the second nail, she cut so close to the tip of my pinky finger that it caused me to bleed. (Refer to photos) I have never had my nails cut to be removed before!! Typically, they soak them in 100% acetone for a few minutes and then gently peel them off. And delicately use the grinder for any remaining gel. Initially, she claimed it was an accident and apologized. But then... She attempted to justify this by saying my previous nail set was done incorrectly, but no! 🙄 you cut too close, it's your fault. I informed the gentleman who was attending to another lady's pedicure that she had cut me and then I started to have a panic attack thinking about what she might do to the rest of my nails so I left. I will never return and now I have to wait for my nail to regrow or grow out before I can have a new set applied. I am extremely disappointed and the bleeding, in the time that I've written this, has now spread across my entire nail which has broken all the way across just as low. 🤬😭😭

They perform poorly, I apologize to the kind individuals but they must improve their nail hygiene. The shaping is subpar and their skills are lacking. They become agitated by style and shape requests. I will not be returning, you're better off elsewhere.
