Alissa is exceptional. A top-notch full-service salon. Impeccably clean with a wide array of services and products.
Jessica is an exceptional cosmetologist. She genuinely values her clients.
The employees here are quite impolite. Uncertain if their bias or just their nature, as they were pleasant to others, but not to me (sole colored person). STRONGLY DISCOURAGE THIS PLACE. Apologies to the decent staff who may work there, but each visit I receive no help for a simple appointment and felt unwanted. CHELSEA ALENE salon's management should enhance their customer service.
