I must admit, I'm not sure why I ceased coming here. (Actually, I do, I completely stopped.) Recently, I decided to have my nails done again and visited a nearby location. I was EXTREMELY let down. Tonight, I returned to Young to have them redo a set that was done elsewhere less than a week ago. Not only did Sarah do a fantastic job achieving exactly what I wanted, she did it with a smile. The price was fair and the atmosphere was so inviting (including the other customers!) I definitely won't make the mistake of going elsewhere ever again.
Exceptional customer service! I absolutely adore having my nails done there. They do absolutely fantastic work! These are photos from both times that I've visited. I love them!
Just relocated to the area, finally had a day off and so I visited here for the first time. I am so disappointed, my flight leaves tomorrow at 6 am and the images attached are what I’ll be traveling with. Pricing was never provided and the new full set ended up costing $110 plus $32 for the pedicure… this was TWO DAYS AGO! Quality nails with a 3-digit price tag should not break in 36 hours!!!!! I was swindled in broad daylight and they didn’t even show aggression. Avoid avoid avoid
