The shop is tidy. The artists are friendly. However, the work that I got done, is dreadful. I came in for a fairly simple design. My spouse and I got matching tattoos, that don't match at all. I specifically asked for my tattoo to be full color. It's not. I asked for specific colors which were not used. Colors outside of the outline. Thick and thin lines. Blowouts.
I just wanted to give a massive shout out to Black Coffin’s piercing team. I was pierced by Taylor, and Quinn came in on their off day to assist because I have not your typical anatomy for a philtrum piercing. It was really awesome seeing the two collaborate, and witnessing their shared excitement for Taylor's excellent work. Black Coffin’s new piercers are both so delightful to be around, and I will be back! Thank you both for the care and time you took to flawlessly execute a piercing I have been turned down for in the past. I love it ♥️♥️♥️ Oh, and the shop manager is a cool person, and has the best recommendations for horror books if you’re into that!
