I have been a loyal customer at this Great Clips since I turned 18, always seeking out the talented Mai for my haircuts. Over the past 17 years, even after moving to different states, I make a point to visit Mai whenever I'm in town. Her skills are unmatched, and I have yet to find another stylist who can cut my hair the way she does. Mai's attention to detail, speed, and friendly demeanor make each visit a pleasure. I am grateful for her continued presence at this Great Clips and will keep returning just for her exceptional service. Thank you, Mai!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the haircut my daughter received at this salon. While I do not know the names of the stylists, the non-Asian stylist completely ruined my daughter's hair. I am seeking a refund, but there was no manager available to address my concerns. My daughter is devastated as she has school pictures next week. The first image shows the hairstyle she requested, while the second image depicts the disastrous result she received.
I visited this salon to fix the uneven haircut I attempted at home. Mai did a fantastic job, even with my curly hair! I now have a perfectly even haircut and feel fantastic. I will definitely be returning and bringing my children here for their haircuts as well!
