If I could rate this experience lower than one star, I would! This was undeniably the most HORRIBLE NAIL SERVICE I have ever encountered. The nail technician who attended to me was extremely rough and failed to deliver a spa-like experience. I entered with acrylic nails, seeking a removal/gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was far from relaxing, with water splattered everywhere on the floor post-service, even soaking my shoes. The salon boasts offering beverages as part of the spa treatment, yet I was served champagne in a flimsy plastic cup. When it came to my nails, it felt rushed, with no proper soaking off process. Instead, she haphazardly clipped them off, causing one nail to bleed significantly. (Refer to the attached photo) Rather than tending to the bleeding, she continued working on the nail, even applying nail glue as a makeshift "bandage". Following this distressing ordeal, she proceeded to attempt a gel manicure with blood still present. No cleaning or sanitization took place, and she attempted to deflect rather than involve a manager. I paid $173 for a subpar pedicure and now may need to seek medical attention. On the bright side, my daughter's nails turned out cute 🙃
Discovered this hidden gem post-work, being the nearest with the highest ratings. Upon arrival, I received exceptional treatment. Nancy served as my technician, tending to my nails, toes, and even providing an eyebrow wax, all of which left me highly content. The service was exceptional, ensuring my comfort throughout. Nancy attentively listened to my preferences, truly brightening my day. While I haven't interacted with other technicians, Nancy stands out as the finest, prompting my swift return to see her.
