I've frequented this establishment for about a year now, never encountering issues until today when the nail technician cut me thrice. Initially, I let it go, but when it happened again, she began shouting at me for cautioning her. On top of that, it took 2 hours, the dip powder is messy, and the job wasn't even completed. Refer to the attached photos for verification.
I had an excellent time at this salon. They were extremely friendly and attentive, delivering a fantastic gel pedicure. Quick and thorough service at a reasonable price. I will certainly return!
I've visited this store multiple times, but today the individual at the reception desk declined to serve me for regular nail polish. I avoid gel as it harms nails in the long run. He then claimed designs on regular polish are limited, as if regular polish wasn't used before gel. To all readers, don't let these nail artists control your spending. Prices have gone up, yet customer service has declined.
