I've frequented this establishment for about a year now, never encountering issues until today when the nail technician cut me thrice. Initially, I let it go, but when it happened again, she began shouting at me for cautioning her. On top of that, it took 2 hours, the dip powder is messy, and the job wasn't even completed.
