We decided to visit another salon that could help. Before we left, Taylor noted down my number and promised to call regarding the refund deposit, which I was supposed to receive on a Monday. I phoned the company on Monday and left a message, but no one returned the call. On that day, their Wix website was removed. On Tuesday, I contacted my bank and reported the issue. The bank managed to refund my money and launch an inquiry. This was not a pleasant experience for my brother and me.
