Lash Fill in Fairview Shores

This is a review for DaphStylez located inside of Diamond Beauty. I scheduled my appointment in April. I received a confirmation and a reminder of my service the day before the appointment. I contacted the owner through text regarding two previous emails (which, up to now, she hasn't replied to) I had sent with inquiries, and she didn't recognize me. I shared screenshots of ALL confirmations I received from her email, and she claimed it wasn't her. It wasn't until I mentioned I would proceed with disputing the deposit that she refunded it. There was no effort to reschedule, no apology. Despite receiving MULTIPLE confirmations of my appointment AND reaching out to her as directed, I was informed that because I hadn't texted her earlier, my appointment wasn't confirmed... Even though I received an email reminding me of the confirmation. I don't wish to criticize a woman of color striving to establish herself in her field. That's one of the main reasons I selected this young woman for the service. What I believe she failed to grasp is that I was willing to drive over an hour for this service. Imagine how upset I would've been if I arrived and she informed me I wasn't confirmed THE DAY AFTER I received a reminder from her about the appointment! The most disappointing aspect was her lack of acknowledgment of her mistake. It wasn't my fault her system sent me a reminder. It wasn't my fault she intended to keep my deposit despite knowing the service wouldn't be provided. No apology, no offer to reschedule, just a brief notification that she was fully booked. If you decide to book with her, maintain open communication to avoid the disappointment I experienced.

I would highly recommend Blake for all your permanent makeup needs. Their impeccable clean salon is just a reflection of their flawless attention to detail.
