Alexis was absolutely fantastic! I indulged in a rejuvenating massage and facial. It was truly exquisite! I highly recommend treating yourself to this luxurious experience. Alexis conducted herself with utmost professionalism, ensuring my complete comfort and making the experience truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend her and this spa.
Let's evaluate the situation. I spent $150 on what was promised to be a massage, but it turned out to be merely a person applying lotion on me. There was no actual massage involved. Furthermore, I paid $65 for a leg waxing, yet my legs still have hair on them. It's preposterous. The only positive aspect of this spa was the facial, although I find the price too steep for a simple application of products on my face. To add to the frustration, I was compelled to pay a $60 tip without even being given the chance to decide the amount. In total, I shelled out $400, and the individual at the reception was incredibly impolite. She mistakenly charged someone else's card and then blamed me for the error. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment. They are a complete scam and certainly not worth it. I am thoroughly let down.
First visit here, came in for a highlight. So pleased I did. Jamie was exceptional! She asked numerous questions about my hair, took her time, and executed a superb job. She styled my hair in a different way than I usually do, and I absolutely adore it! I will definitely return to see her.
