Oh, I am truly impressed by the exceptional customer service at this establishment. Upon entering, we were promptly greeted and offered assistance. Throughout our visit, two more staff members approached us to inquire if we needed help. The store, though smaller than others, was well-organized with fully stocked shelves. A delightful experience overall.
Being longtime patrons of this CVS for over 25 years, we have witnessed a decline in the quality of service. What was once a pleasant and welcoming store with helpful and professional staff has deteriorated. Recently, my spouse encountered a discourteous employee and received a dismissive response from the "Store Manager" when raising the issue. While the current circumstances may be attributed to Covid, maintaining professional standards and accountability remains crucial. The Pharmacy service has become a complete disappointment, with staff exhibiting rudeness, curt behavior, snide remarks, unhelpfulness, and unprofessionalism. It is disheartening to pay for such treatment and feel like a burden when seeking assistance.
My Partner sought a rapid COVID test, leading to a confrontation with the individual at the counter who explained that rapid testing was no longer available at that location. Allegedly, the Manager scheduled an appointment for him at the North Olmsted store for 2:40 PM. Just before 2 PM, they called mentioning they spoke with his partner Jessica (I am not Jessica) (It's Jewls) and abruptly canceled the appointment. I may be paranoid, but I strongly suspect the cashier attempted to impersonate me to cancel the appointment. The situation is bizarre, and when I requested to speak with a manager, the person on the phone insisted on assisting me, then consulted someone else about my query, eventually redirecting me to the minute clinic number, which only provided information on their operating hours. If I could rate zero stars, I definitely would. This level of service is utterly unacceptable.
