After being a patron since its inception…. Today marks my final visit to this establishment. I witnessed a disturbing, unprofessional altercation involving a potential family member of the business owner. The atmosphere made me uneasy. Whatever is happening here must cease... this place has regrettably reached its end. I will not return. I have been getting facials from Lory for over 3 years now, and my skin has received numerous compliments for being smooth and beautiful. Each visit is filled with exceptional treatment and pampering. Lory's professionalism and skill are unmatched, and her passion for her work enhances the overall experience. With her own day spa now, the experience is truly remarkable. I look forward to trying out the other services offered at the spa, such as manicures, pedicures, massages, and more, all in one place. I am absolutely loving it!
I phoned in advance to book a henna tattoo. The person on the line hinted at a busy Valentine's Day but assured us to drop by anytime.
My daughter sifted through the henna designs but had her heart set on a hamsa hand with an evil eye at its center. We showed an image from Google as per the owner's request.
Due to a language mix-up, the artist ended up only drawing an eye on my daughter's hand. It was a simple misunderstanding but had a big impact on the final look. The owner intervened, rectified the mistake, and sketched the hamsa hand around the eye.
Feeling let down, we had no choice but to pay and leave.
Three days later, the tattoo had faded, and we were relieved.
The quality of the work was subpar. We had visited this place thrice before without any issues. I never really considered leaving a review since she's been my stylist for years now. Gwen is truly one of the finest in the field. She's kind, grounded, and a joy to be around. As a stylist, she greets you warmly and makes you feel at ease. Her space is inviting and calming. Whatever you request, she strives to deliver. I’ve been searching for a beauty boutique since I relocated here in March. A pal suggested this spot and I’m totally smitten. I went in just for lip balm and ended up getting my brows shaped/tinted. The lip balm I initially wanted was out of stock but they took my digits and will inform me once it’s back. Everyone was extremely helpful, the ambiance was fantastic, and they had a wide selection to pick from.
