After being a patron since its inception…. Today marks my final visit to this establishment. I witnessed a disturbing, unprofessional altercation involving a potential family member of the business owner. The atmosphere made me uneasy. Whatever is happening here must cease... this place has regrettably reached its end. I will not return. I have been getting facials from Lory for over 3 years now, and my skin has received numerous compliments for being smooth and beautiful. Each visit is filled with exceptional treatment and pampering. Lory's professionalism and skill are unmatched, and her passion for her work enhances the overall experience. With her own day spa now, the experience is truly remarkable. I look forward to trying out the other services offered at the spa, such as manicures, pedicures, massages, and more, all in one place. I am absolutely loving it!
I phoned in advance to book a henna tattoo. The person on the line hinted at a busy Valentine's Day but assured us to drop by anytime.
My daughter sifted through the henna designs but had her heart set on a hamsa hand with an evil eye at its center. We showed an image from Google as per the owner's request.
Due to a language mix-up, the artist ended up only drawing an eye on my daughter's hand. It was a simple misunderstanding but had a big impact on the final look. The owner intervened, rectified the mistake, and sketched the hamsa hand around the eye.
Feeling let down, we had no choice but to pay and leave.
Three days later, the tattoo had faded, and we were relieved.
The quality of the work was subpar. We had visited this place thrice before without any issues.
