Disappointingly, my order wasn't prepared until 5:38 p.m., close to closing time. This delay feels deliberate and misleading. I could have opted for delivery if I knew it would take this long. Waiting until just before closing for a single candle order placed early in the day raises suspicions. Proper training for employees regarding the purpose of in-store pick-up is crucial. Such delays due to employee negligence can result in financial losses. Always bustling, with a mix of welcoming and impolite staff. The experience seems to vary based on the day. I prefer placing online orders for quick pick-up and departure.
