I have been getting facials from Lory for over 3 years now, and my skin has received numerous compliments for being smooth and beautiful. Each visit is filled with exceptional treatment and pampering. Lory's professionalism and skill are unmatched, and her passion for her work enhances the overall experience. With her own day spa now, the experience is truly remarkable. I look forward to trying out the other services offered at the spa, such as manicures, pedicures, massages, and more, all in one place. I am absolutely loving it!
I had a foot and hand facial at the spa and left feeling very let down. The foot facial did not include the foot/leg massage and hot towel wraps as advertised, and my feet were not soft afterward. The hand facial, which was supposed to include polish, resulted in chipped nails by the third day. While there may be other great services at the spa, I do not recommend the hand or foot facials. I paid $52 for the foot facial, $28 for the hand facial, and left a $10 tip. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not return.
As a gentleman, I wanted to remove patches of back hair and a lot of belly hair. Waxing seemed daunting, but shaving wasn't giving me the results I desired. Lory was not only professional but also acted as a therapist during the process. Her aftercare instructions were detailed and helpful. She guided me through the waxing, acknowledging that it can be painful. I will definitely return for touch-ups in the future.
