I placed an order for a single item at 11:33 a.m. today, shortly after the mall opened at 11:00 a.m. Bath & Body Works promises to have orders ready within three hours. Disappointingly, my order wasn't prepared until 5:38 p.m., close to closing time. This delay feels deliberate and misleading. I could have opted for delivery if I knew it would take this long. Waiting until just before closing for a single candle order placed early in the day raises suspicions. Proper training for employees regarding the purpose of in-store pick-up is crucial. Such delays due to employee negligence can result in financial losses. I’ve been searching for a beauty boutique since I relocated here in March. A pal suggested this spot and I’m totally smitten. I went in just for lip balm and ended up getting my brows shaped/tinted. The lip balm I initially wanted was out of stock but they took my digits and will inform me once it’s back. Everyone was extremely helpful, the ambiance was fantastic, and they had a wide selection to pick from. I phoned in advance to book a henna tattoo. The person on the line hinted at a busy Valentine's Day but assured us to drop by anytime.
My daughter sifted through the henna designs but had her heart set on a hamsa hand with an evil eye at its center. We showed an image from Google as per the owner's request.
Due to a language mix-up, the artist ended up only drawing an eye on my daughter's hand. It was a simple misunderstanding but had a big impact on the final look. The owner intervened, rectified the mistake, and sketched the hamsa hand around the eye.
Feeling let down, we had no choice but to pay and leave.
Three days later, the tattoo had faded, and we were relieved.
The quality of the work was subpar. We had visited this place thrice before without any issues.
