I've been a patron here since 2013. Time and time again, appointment after appointment, despite never achieving the desired outcome, I remained a loyal customer until relocating from the area in early 2022. Regrettably, I decided to give it one last shot just 3 weeks ago. Over $450 spent on temporary color and product recommendations left me disappointed once more, and today's phone conversation has left me feeling far from satisfied. Apparently, my request for corrective work (dyeing my hair all one color to avoid any future balayage or color mishaps) is oddly "1 week too late." My hair looks the same as it did before I entered despite some slight face-framing highlights. Yet, it can be "easily fixed" by spending more money and countless hours. Thank you for wasting my money and time. I will never return here again.
Visited the salon for a full head of highlights for the summer, aiming for a blonder look, left with a darker shade and noticeable gray patches all over my hair. Contacted the salon the following day. They were quite rude, even raising their voices, highly unprofessional!! No empathy or concern for the client whatsoever, never encountered such rudeness in my life. They claim there's nothing they can do except have another stylist work on my hair. That's their policy!! Why would I want my hair redone a day after it was already treated. Their color doesn't adhere well to the hair, a complete waste of time!!!! And the individual, Morgan, who answered the call couldn't care less, it felt like I was bothering them. Complete farce.
