Have been coming here for a while now. Service hasn't been up to par. But during today’s visit, had a 9 AM appointment. They had me mark my name for 9:00 AM. Waited 30 minutes for them to arrive and then proceeded to blame me, saying it was my fault for not knowing their opening hours. No timings on the door. Also claimed she never makes mistakes, and then refused to do my nails, saying she was too upset. Terrible customer service. Whether it was her error or mine, it shouldn't have been blown out of proportion. Would not recommend unless you're desperate.
