My initial sugaring session with Alex was absolutely fantastic! They provided thorough explanations and ensured I was well-informed throughout the entire process. It was notably faster and less painful than waxing! Additionally, interacting with Taylor and Morgan was delightful—they both enhanced the experience. Mrs. Wilely, the teacher, requires training herself, let alone instructing students. I visited three times, and each time she botched the color. It's evident she lacks expertise in color mixing and failed to address my greys properly, blaming it on my hair. I've had no issues at other salons; I only came here due to convenience and cost, but it's clear you get what you pay for. She is setting the students up for failure.
