Mrs. Wilely, the teacher, requires training herself, let alone instructing students. I visited three times, and each time she botched the color. It's evident she lacks expertise in color mixing and failed to address my greys properly, blaming it on my hair. I've had no issues at other salons; I only came here due to convenience and cost, but it's clear you get what you pay for. She is setting the students up for failure. The owner should be ashamed of allowing this to continue.
I had a terrible experience with the school coordinator. I reached out a month ago and never heard back. I had to keep calling just to get in touch. When I finally spoke to them, they rejected my cousin for not being fluent in English, despite her strong comprehension skills but limited speaking ability.
The elderly woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. It's baffling how a service-oriented business can tolerate such behavior. She seemed more like an authoritarian figure than a receptionist. I feel sorry for the students. Avoid this establishment for education or services. I suggest opting for a beauty school in Canton where customers are valued.
