I visited this store today and had a negative experience. When I asked a question to a young lady, she responded with attitude that was quite off-putting. It seemed to be related to race, as she then proceeded to gossip about me with a friend nearby. My family has been loyal customers in the hair industry, and no one should be treated this way. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
