Had an amazing first visit at Nichols MD Fairfield - the office is absolutely gorgeous! I was attended by Nurse Practitioner Julia Spagnoletti, who was fantastic. Julia's knowledge and gentle approach were commendable. It took about a week for my Botox to take effect, and I am extremely pleased with the results.
