I began visiting Tina at this establishment a couple of months ago, and she consistently delivers exceptional results! I always leave content with my nails and have no intention of seeking services elsewhere. Her pedicures are also top-notch! Today, we opted for a nude and white ombré design, and her execution was flawless. I visited for a fill-in and left extremely satisfied. The nail artist took her time and treated me like a friend. Very professional with a fantastic attitude. I will definitely be returning every two weeks. My hair stylist was Jordan Johnson and she was absolutely wonderful! I had a scalp therapy treatment, which I had never heard of before, and I would highly highly recommend! I am a new mom and Jordan made me so comfortable and relaxed, she went through the products and how she was using them for my scalp for each stage! I had a picture of the cut I was looking for, and she was so knowledgeable in how to make the cut fit me instead of going off the picture. Absolutely loved the cut and the whole experience. The spa's massages, personnel, and ambiance are superb. However, their membership scheme lacks logic.
A 1-hour member massage costs $69, while a 1-hour 30-minute session is $99...but a monthly membership is $95.01. I schedule a 60-minute massage once a month, so why they consider the nearly $30 increase a "deal" is puzzling to me. I terminated my membership due to this lack of sense. I've now switched to gravity spa, where their membership aligns with their prices.
