I began visiting Tina at this establishment a couple of months ago, and she consistently delivers exceptional results! I always leave content with my nails and have no intention of seeking services elsewhere. Her pedicures are also top-notch! Today, we opted for a nude and white ombré design, and her execution was flawless. I wholeheartedly endorse Tina's services!
This nail salon in Dayton has become my preferred choice over the past three years. Their service quality has significantly improved during this time. I exclusively opt for dip nails as they strengthen my nails without the need for curing lights. Previously, the application would result in overly thick nails that I had to correct at home. However, their techniques have evolved, eliminating the need for post-visit adjustments. Susan is my favorite technician; she is not only sweet and humorous but also attentive to my nail preferences. She even styled my wedding nails, garnering compliments throughout the day :)
I arrived and everyone was exceptionally friendly, so I feel a tad guilty for expressing any dissatisfaction. However, my concern arises due to potential health implications. Upon my visit yesterday, I requested a manicure with my long natural nails. The technician, though very kind, misunderstood my request and began preparing my nails for acrylics despite my clarification. Perhaps there was a miscommunication, but she ended up cutting my nails so short that they began to bleed and sting. The first nail was already trimmed too short for me to intervene effectively, so I reluctantly allowed her to continue cutting them all to match. Following this, I received a brief hot towel treatment and a simple lotion application. To my surprise, the bill amounted to $44. While I understand the $15 charge for gel, paying nearly $30 to endure cuts and burns from the procedure was highly disappointing. Although they excel in acrylic work, I cannot recommend their manicures due to the risk of infections from poorly sanitized tools. I am now patiently waiting for my nails to regain their former length.
