I visited for a fill-in and left extremely satisfied. The nail artist took her time and treated me like a friend. Very professional with a fantastic attitude. I will definitely be returning every two weeks. If you're looking for a fun and enjoyable nail salon experience, this is the place to go.
We came in for two pedicures and a manicure. The owner, Laqueta Maze, started with the manicure first. She rushed through it, leaving acrylic all over my sister-in-law's hands. Making rude comments with each attempt to fix the nails. After enduring an hour and a half of her unprofessional behavior - taking phone calls, gossiping about customers stalking her boyfriend, and accusing us of having attitudes - we decided to leave before the pedicures. By Sunday and Tuesday, the nails she did had already broken. Despite paying $65, we had to go to another salon to have them repainted and fixed properly. Laqueta claimed the nails we chose from a picture were photoshopped and even asked how to replicate them. When my sister questioned her expertise, Laqueta suggested my sister-in-law needed to go to school to understand that not all nails turn out perfect. The whole experience was a joke. Even after my sister-in-law politely expressed her dissatisfaction and sent a photo of the nail falling off, Laqueta's response was unprofessional and unacceptable. We will stick to our regular nail salon from now on. Poor quality, poor customer service - definitely not worth the time and money.
Any establishment that speaks ill of a child will not receive my business or support. Your disrespectful response to a customer is now public, and you will rightfully lose business. It's appalling to insult an unhappy customer's child. Regardless of who is right or wrong, attacking a PAYING customer is completely out of line.
