My hair stylist was Jordan Johnson and she was absolutely wonderful! I had a scalp therapy treatment, which I had never heard of before, and I would highly highly recommend! I am a new mom and Jordan made me so comfortable and relaxed, she went through the products and how she was using them for my scalp for each stage! I had a picture of the cut I was looking for, and she was so knowledgeable in how to make the cut fit me instead of going off the picture. Absolutely loved the cut and the whole experience. I eagerly anticipate my hair appointments. I travel a long distance to reach the salon, but the lively ambiance, with music playing and friendly conversations, makes it worth it. All the hairdressers are welcoming and stay updated on the latest trends and scientific advancements in hair care. My stylist, Emma, is fantastic. She is always cheerful and attentive, never pushing for drastic changes. She understands my preferences and health concerns, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The salon is impeccably clean, with extra precautions taken during the pandemic. The spa's massages, personnel, and ambiance are superb. However, their membership scheme lacks logic.
A 1-hour member massage costs $69, while a 1-hour 30-minute session is $99...but a monthly membership is $95.01. I schedule a 60-minute massage once a month, so why they consider the nearly $30 increase a "deal" is puzzling to me. I terminated my membership due to this lack of sense. I've now switched to gravity spa, where their membership aligns with their prices. I always leave content with my nails and have no intention of seeking services elsewhere. Her pedicures are also top-notch!
