Justyna is exceptionally well-versed in the services she offers. I underwent 6 microneedling sessions with her, and it was evident that she genuinely prioritizes her clients' well-being and strives to assist them in achieving their objectives. I specifically opted for microneedling to address acne scars, and she recommended a gradual increase in needle length to enhance collagen production and target deeper scars. Additionally, she adeptly elucidated various other procedures that could specifically aid in treating acne scars, and made these services available following the microneedling sessions. Her professionalism, expertise, and generosity are commendable - I wholeheartedly endorse her to all.
If I could rate this establishment a negative five, I certainly would. This ranks among the most disappointing customer service encounters I've ever encountered. I politely requested that Justyna wear a mask during my facial, as I felt uncomfortable with someone in close proximity to my face without one. Her response was discourteous and unprofessional, refusing to comply with my request. I have received facials elsewhere where the esthetician consistently wore a mask or readily put one on upon request. Essentially, she failed to accommodate her customer's legitimate concerns, a basic expectation for any reputable and professional business.
I gifted my spouse a voucher for this spa, and it proved to be an excellent choice! My wife not only returned home feeling relaxed but also expressed great satisfaction with the service provided. Justyna did an outstanding job on her facial treatment. With subsequent visits, my wife's acne and scars showed significant improvement. I highly recommend this establishment, especially considering the value it offers!
