I had an amazing facial today with Micheline! She was so caring, assessed my skin, and gave me one of the most rejuvenating and calming facials I've ever experienced! She didn't push any products or services beyond my budget, which I really appreciated. Yet, she still managed to give me radiant skin and a sense of relaxation as I left the spa. The massage during the facial was exceptional and not something you typically find. The entire experience from beginning to end was fantastic, the receptionist was delightful, and being led to a quiet room with a neck wrap was a lovely touch. It's a wonderful indulgence!
The staff here is wonderful. However, the owner lacks business acumen! I missed an appointment due to illness and was informed of the 50% fee, which I completely understand. But after trying a new service and booking two more, the owner attempted to increase the fee to 100% at checkout, which was a very poor business decision. I felt undervalued as she continued to lecture me while I paid for my services. My sense of relaxation was completely shattered! There are far superior spas and spa owners in this area. Not worth any further discussion!
My complexion has never been better since I started getting facials at The Spa at the Commons. I can't praise Micheline enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable and always offers great advice to help improve my skin. I've been getting the Hydrafacials, and they are truly fantastic. I highly recommend them. The entire spa has a serene atmosphere, a peaceful escape for an hour or so.
