I purchased a voucher for my sister and mother for Christmas to get a facial. My mom reached out and left a voicemail about booking an appointment but received no response. So, I took the initiative to call the provided number to schedule an appointment and left a voicemail. I also contacted the actual salon and left a voicemail. In both messages, I mentioned a refund. Shortly after, the calls were returned. My mom and sister scheduled an appointment for today and waited eagerly. This morning, the appointment was cancelled due to the esthetician “having to tow her car”. Utterly unprofessional, thoughtless, and inconvenient all the way through. I received a refund for the same reasons and I'll take my business where it is valued!
Absolutely fantastic experience! Mr. Alex was a 'Guardian of care'.. I was a complete mess walking in with tension all around. He has an amazing technique. Even my headache vanished. It's a win-win. I adore supporting Hispanic business and received such a fantastic massage in a long time. Pamper yourself and tip. He deserves it !! I'll be returning soon.
I had a wonderful first visit. Maggie was my stylist, she was fantastic, it felt like I'd been seeing her for years. My haircut looks fantastic, I will definitely be returning.
