I am in love with my new hairstyle. I opted to try out a local salon instead of my usual spot. The service was meticulous, and it felt like the stylist wasn't rushing through the process. She paid close attention to detail until it was just perfect. I simply called ahead and was accommodated promptly. The salon had ample staff, and the atmosphere was well-organized. I purchased a voucher for my sister and mother for Christmas to get a facial. My mom reached out and left a voicemail about booking an appointment but received no response. So, I took the initiative to call the provided number to schedule an appointment and left a voicemail. I also contacted the actual salon and left a voicemail. In both messages, I mentioned a refund. Shortly after, the calls were returned. My mom and sister scheduled an appointment for today and waited eagerly. This morning, the appointment was cancelled due to the esthetician “having to tow her car”. Utterly unprofessional, thoughtless, and inconvenient all the way through. I received a refund for the same reasons and I'll take my business where it is valued!
