This was my second visit to the shop and I absolutely love it. Linda is incredibly kind and hospitable. You can even get a drink while you're there. What other barbershop offers such a welcoming atmosphere along with a great haircut?
I decided to try out the 406 Chop Shop in the neighborhood and it was a great choice. When I walked in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon, Linda (the owner) was training a new barber. Linda welcomed me warmly, made me feel like family, and took her time to ensure my haircut was perfect. She's a 6th generation Texan and her hospitality was just what I needed. My business cut, with a skin fade and a hard part, turned out fantastic! I will definitely return and enjoyed the clean and well-organized shop. Thank you for the friendly welcome and the attention to detail. I'm excited to come back!
I have visited the 406 Chop Shop since its opening. Calvin is skilled and efficient in his work. The wait for a haircut is justified by the quality of the service. Each haircut is consistently well done. The shop provides great value for the price. I no longer need to buy razors since I get a beard trim and a haircut here every time, saving me money over the years.
