I didn't get what I wanted. The service was unhelpful in finding the right color. Uncertain about the matte top coat's effect. Despite showing many pictures, the technician shaped my nails differently which led to frustration. Eventually, settled for whatever was done and left. Disappointed as a regular customer. Will not return after wasting $75. Will post pictures for comparison.
The salon may seem empty, but don't be deceived. Kathy did an outstanding job. Despite initial skepticism, the final result is fantastic. My nails look and feel amazing. Can't comment on wear time or durability yet, but the cleanliness and sturdiness feel promising. Will definitely return next time I'm in this area.
