Consistently clean and welcoming. I enjoy coming here. I playfully refer to the owner as my "partner in crime" because whenever I suggest something bold, she always says, "No, your partner won't approve." We share a good laugh over it. She understands my preferences and consistently delivers excellent work. Speaking of her partner, he also does fantastic work, especially with haircuts. He even gave my daughter her first haircut when she was in first grade, and now she's a high school freshman. If you're ever in the area, visit for a family-friendly experience that won't disappoint. - Rachel.
I came in for a nail touch-up. Alex was my nail tech and she did a terrible job. When I asked her for a fix, she was very rude and almost yelled. I will never return. Also, their prices on the wall are misleading. A touch-up is listed at $30, but they always charge more.
I entered this salon for a manicure. After waiting 15 minutes, I was asked to choose a color. However, after 30 minutes, I was told to come back the next day because they were too busy. It seemed like they were prioritizing other customers who were American. It's disappointing to see discrimination among Asians. This experience wasted my time and showed their racist behavior. I will be reporting this to the BBB.
