Consistently clean and welcoming. I enjoy coming here. I playfully refer to the owner as my "partner in crime" because whenever I suggest something bold, she always says, "No, your partner won't approve." We share a good laugh over it. She understands my preferences and consistently delivers excellent work. Speaking of her partner, he also does fantastic work, especially with haircuts. He even gave my daughter her first haircut when she was in first grade, and now she's a high school freshman. Requested short curls, showed her the desired picture. She responded, "I've seen the photo, I know what you want." Proceeded to chop off all my hair, giving me a boyish cut. Will not return. My masseuse was cordial, yet worked on zones I expressly said no to. I should've halted her during the session, but felt uneasy speaking up mid-massage. I didn't get what I wanted. The service was unhelpful in finding the right color. Uncertain about the matte top coat's effect. Despite showing many pictures, the technician shaped my nails differently which led to frustration. Eventually, settled for whatever was done and left. Disappointed as a regular customer. Will not return after wasting $75.
