Discovered stylist Sam through her Instagram (@glambySam). I have a skin condition she knows about (eczema), and Sam immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable, unlike other salons where my eczema was a big deal and I felt ashamed! I can't thank her enough for changing my negative view on haircuts; now it's something I eagerly anticipate booking. Whenever I visit Sam, I know she'll consider all my preferences, review my photos, and discuss how she'll bring it to life. She even offers her advice when I seek it! Her suggestions and styling always leave me feeling beautiful each time I walk out of the salon. I can't praise her enough! The salon itself is welcoming, chic, and elegant, catering to clients of all ages. Every other staff member I've encountered during my visits has been exceptionally pleasant and amicable. It's a clean establishment with stylists who clearly love what they do— their passion shines through their work!
