Scheduled a massage for my parents, and Connie and Kayla were absolutely fantastic! Initially, my parents were a bit hesitant, but when we picked them up 90 minutes later, they were both visibly relaxed and content! I sincerely hope they return to further enhance their relaxation. Thank you both so much for making my parents so happy when I picked them up!
Leaving 3 stars because I had a rather mixed experience. I received a massage and facial combo from two different individuals. The massage was quite soothing, but the facial that followed was somewhat intense. The person handling my face applied a lot of pressure with rapid movements and vigorous scrubbing/brushing that felt rather harsh. This was a facial experience unlike any I've had before. I wish it had been more gentle and relaxing so I could fully unwind. Unfortunately, the overall experience was a bit unsettling.
