Jesse took her time on my toes and they look fantastic. She and Xavier were kind enough to stay late while everyone else left, to ensure my nails were well taken care of. Highly recommend 😊.
Tina did a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure. Tina takes her time and ensured that I was satisfied.
A couple of years back, i would've said Uptown Nails was the top spot to visit. They were always so friendly and i would leave happy every time. Unfortunately, this is not the case anymore. I think they have lost many skilled individuals (uncertain why) and it's led to their business declining somewhat. My sibling and i visited here giving them another opportunity about a week ago. I had a pedicure and full set done by Kathy. My nails and toes looked okay and she was a kind lady. No issues from my side. I wasn't disappointed walking away. My sibling's hands looked awful. Michael had done hers. She wanted a dark blue french tip. By the time she was finished, she had blue nail polish smudged all over her hands from where he'd wipe off the excess polish. He had already exposed her hands to the UV light since the nails were gel. So we couldn't just remove it with polish remover. Her french tips were halfway down her nail making them not look so appealing. We had paid a total of $165. My sister was so upset about her nails after leaving so we phoned to see if we could return the next day to get them fixed. They agreed. The next day we arrived, you could sense their attitudes were high. They ended up just painting her entire nails blue. And were able to remove the excess polish. It's been a week now since we've had them done. My nails are now peeling off my fingers. I've already had to stick one back on. I'll never return to Uptown Nails. $165 for nails to last a week and to have to return the next day to correct a disaster. Just wanted to share this before you end up like the others, paying a good amount for a poor service.
