This spa was exceptionally inviting and professional. I initially visited for eyebrow shaping, but the technician, Brianna, thoroughly discussed my requirements and any health considerations that could affect my session. She did a fantastic job, and I plan to return for other services in the future. Plus, that cooling mask post-waxing is simply delightful :)
The Wellness Center was incredibly welcoming, with a relaxed ambiance and immediate greetings from EVERYONE!!! The proprietor, Suzette, was delightful, making me feel truly appreciated. My Aesthetician, Alexis Brown, was outstanding. Gentle in her approach and detailed in explaining each step of the process. She provided engaging conversation and a level of professionalism that ensures my repeat business.
The salon was incredibly tidy and Lashawn was truly exceptional! She ensured my comfort and showed remarkable attention to detail. Without a doubt, the most painless and top-notch Brazilian I've ever experienced. Not a single stray hair left behind.
