I used to appreciate Publix Pharmacy when I shopped at a different branch. Now that I've relocated and started using this one, I've noticed that the personnel here are extremely unprofessional and exceedingly rude. After the recent phone conversation, I've made the decision to transfer all of my family's prescriptions to CVS across the road. I detested the disrespectful tone in her voice. I ignored the impolite conduct before because I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this kind of treatment occurs every single time we visit or call. There is no justification for it.
My spouse visited an urgent care facility this morning and they prescribed medication. Since it's Sunday, the pharmacy didn't open until 11 AM. I arrived around 11:15 and it was quite crowded. The pharmacy team made a commendable effort to locate the prescribed medication and dispense it while I waited. The pharmacist also suggested an over-the-counter remedy to alleviate his pain. They truly exceeded expectations. Many thanks to the Pharmacy staff!
The Grande Oaks Publix Pharmacy is hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. Utterly rude, thoughtless, unprofessional, and definitely not deserving of interacting with the public let alone their own clientele. Opt for any other branch. Or even competitors for that matter.
