I strongly advise against visiting this establishment! My partner has been waiting for over 5 MONTHS to receive treatment for a tooth infection, and all they do is make him wait for an appointment. They have canceled on him twice already! Once, they claimed they were waiting for his insurance to contact them, but how would the insurance know he was at the dentist in the first place?! They kept him waiting for 2 weeks until we inquired about the delay! On another occasion, he was told that the dentist never received his new insurance... which is false. I was present when he personally handed over his new insurance information! I find this place to be extremely unprofessional. All my partner has received from them are excuses and delays.
They were incredibly welcoming and assisted me in resolving my insurance issues. I discovered that I was paying for dental coverage that only benefited my husband, not me. Thank you for investigating the dental insurance situation. The dentist was compassionate and presented me with options for my next steps. I appreciate being kept informed about my dental care concerns. Thank you once again.
The doctor who treated me today was highly professional and accommodated all my requests. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional. Despite being thirty minutes late, the doctor made an effort to see me instead of rescheduling. I would highly recommend Familia Dental to everyone.
