I stopped by to purchase some dog treats, as I often do at Tractor Supply. I have visited four different locations, and they all offer a consistent experience. Additionally, this store is a great spot to acquire chicks, as they are prominently displayed in the center. Check out my attached photo of my adorable new pets!
The staff at this establishment is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I visited to purchase supplies for the new chickens we acquired, and the staff ensured I left with everything I needed. I appreciate the lack of pressure from the employees, unlike other stores. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Typically, this store is reliable, but today's experience was disappointing. While at the special order counter, I sought assistance in placing an order. The female employee arrived, but when another customer interrupted, she abandoned our conversation without a word and attended to the other customer. Feeling neglected, I left and decided to shop elsewhere.
