Ordered 5 pro packs of window casing online on July 2nd. No update by July 8, so I called. Told it was ready for pick up. Drove an hour to find only 3 available. Manager refused to provide the remaining 24 single pieces in stock. Poor service!
Consistently unimpressed with Menards. Appliance orders always problematic, and delivery personnel cause issues.
Store is decent, but employees lack knowledge, assistance, and basic courtesy towards customers. Disappointing experience overall.
